Hi luvs so how do I pay my planting crew? Heather got me some checks i can sign. I got w9s, when they submit a invoice I will fwd it here, then cut check for face value or…? Thanks I’ve promised checks for tues (w invoices) xo jem

It would be most helpful if you can save the w9s And invoices to this folder as you receive them...

Also keep a running tab of date, payee, and amount so it's easy for us to account for later

Yeah, been on the road and unable. Sorry! I just was able to look and it has more money than you can shake a stick at. About 70k in the bank that is not Thinkwalks money, but I have no knowledge of other specifics. Such as checks that are already written but not yet cashed, grant obligations, etc.

Ah thank you all. Now let’s see was that $20k we have not yet managed to pay to people food land foundation? So prob more like 50 that sounds right to me unless there has been a signif depos since NRCS paid us the 80 or so?

If you are expecting an answer from me, I need more specifics. Is there a place where the debt to them is tracked? Are you asking whether there has been a deposit?

If I am reading right, the long term liability type accounts that seem relevant (I am not great at this QB stuff):
DPF&L Foundation $20k loaned on 12/23/24
Caroline Roberts $10k loaned on 8/25/23 term one year

There are others but as I said, I am not good at this. Also I think our books are inconsistent in the way they track various loans.

Thx joel just guessing whoever has acces to bank account info (perhaps jer I know he is working I. The pflf repayment) can say if that ($20k?) has left our account yet (when it does that drops us from 70 to 50 shortly) and/or if there have been other (mystery?) deposits to get us up to 70… I am guessing that when pflf check clears we will indeed be around 50 which is great. Then anticipating another 30 from NRCS in Oct if all well thx ever! Jem w
