• Focus on building a creative future. Base it on your experience, but also please do welcome experiments.
• It's great to percolate ideas apart. But check in sometimes. Send invitations and discoveries!
• Make sure stuff you do for Musick Creek is done with the awareness and participation of all others who have expressed interest.

Our vigor and progress are based on the excellent level of trust between us. Have a hunch someone has strong feelings or relevant skills? Reach out to them before making a decision on anything significant—and to everyone before you take action that is hard to undo. When in doubt, check in with another member of the working group for advice.
