Invalid Wave Header

Hi,

I am trying to load an mp3 file of size 5.7 Mb

but when it tried to create a wave object,it is throwing this particular error.

WaveHeader: only supports bitsPerSample 8 or 16

Invalid Wave Header

I am running for plain java not for audio.

Please also clarify how many audio formats this api is supports as well as how much size of audio file it can handle?

I am trying to match two audio songs using the fingerprint but getting error.
