Speech Comparison

I want to develop a desktop application which captures a voice from a microphone and compares it with a another pre recorded voices.

It needs to check if the word recorded matches to the one pr-recorded, it then gives you a match percentage of the simalrity.

Can this be done using musicg plugin ?
