Call for players: Rhythm game chart generation task at MIREX
Ziyun Liu
Dear AIMC community,
Sorry for cross-posting.
As part of MIREX’s Rhythm Game Chart Generation task, we are looking for osu!taiko players who would be willing to help us evaluate osu!taiko beatmap generation models (if you play other taiko-like games, you can also have a try!).
Your main job would be to play charts generated by different models and rate how good or bad they are from a player’s perspective. You can find the full task and evaluation details here:
https://music-ir.org/mirex/wiki/2026:Rhythm_Game_Chart_Generation
If you’re interested in participating, please join our Discord server here:
We’ll announce all the details on deadlines and the number of participating teams there.
The models and charts will be used only for research and private purposes and will not be used for ranking purposes.
Thank you so much! Your expertise would be incredibly valuable for making this evaluation meaningful. 🙏
Best regards,
Ziyun Liu and Carolina Carusi
