note from pitch object throws error

Hello all,

while working on the MEI parser recently I discovered that a note object cannot be instatiated anymore by passing a pitch object to it.

The MEI parser does exaclty this (mei.base around line 2210). I didn't see this behavior before updating to some recent version. Is this only me getting the error or is this a general issue? I came from version 8 now using version 9.

this works for me — maybe post a bug report and how to reproduce on the github site?
