... is the message in the mpd.log, when I can't connect to mpd anymore.
When I restart mpd, everything works smooth. Minion is my only client used. What can I do to avoid this? One might guess, that opend connections were not properly closed or get lost somehow.

Hi, I have mpd 0.15.8 and Minion is 1.99.25
I use the gentoo distri running under the 2.6.31-r10 kernel. Last hour I just updated to 2.6.33.1-rt11, but this update wasn't aimed at that problem.
I currently spy the mpd.log if I can find something suspicious.

I will stay with FF 3.0.19 as long as I could because 3.6 has issues with some regulary visited sites. I just upgraded to mpm2

The client is connected via Wlan to my network. It tends to loose it's connection from time to time, and tends to get a different IP from the main dhcp-service when it reconnects. Probably mpd doesn't close the now orphaned open previous connection? The PC running mpd is hard IP'ed.
(Happy Easter, btw!)
