Hi all,

I published another episode of the JogTunes Indie Podcast today. It's our second interval running session. The subtitle is Silver and Serendipitous because it's our 25th show and serendipity played a major role in my search for tunes from several sources.

To subscribe and listen to the show and take it for a run or a spin, please go to the JTIP page on JogTunes.com and scroll down for details.

And, if you get a chance, please help me out by taking the Podtrac Listener survey (link's also on the podcast page). It'll take from 5-10 minutes (24 questions) and it'll give me a better idea of my listeners' demographics.

I also added a bunch of new songs to our tunes list:

Deathcab for Cutie

Apple iTunes

DJ Khaled

Apple iTunes

Ne-Yo (New Album)

Pussycat Dolls

Stereolab

Peter Andersson sent in some great "picks" for this month. I posted 4 tunes by 4 different artists. Check out Peter's fine running music website here.

All Sussed Out (Live) by The Almighty at 152 BPM

From Motorhead's new album, Motorizer, comes
"(Teach You How To) Sing the Blues" at 164.

She Wants Revenge sing "Written In Blood" which runs at 144.

And finally, Tom Petty and "It's Good to Be King" at 147 steps per minute.

I hope you enjoy these additions to our growing tunes list (presently over 1000 tracks) and my latest podcast episode. Please send comments to comments at jogtunes.com.

Meanwhile, the best of running.

Dr. Bob
