On the new episode, I’m bringing something old and something new to the J-TIP. “The old” is a return back to our usual format of two segments: the first is 30 minutes with warm-up, full workout, and cool-down sessions, and the second is a 15 minute sprint segment that peaks with a 5 minute track running at 184 BPM and winds down with a walk home.
“The new” is the dominant genre of the show: world. For the sake of this episode, world includes music from different countries that reflect the native music of those countries as well as tunes with distinct ethnic flavors that are produced in non-native countries.
