Introductory Class to Alexander Technique
FREE – limited spaces. Please book your spot.
Curious to know what Alexander Technique is about? How it can help string players and teachers? Alexander Technique is a practical process of aligning your thinking and moving to work with the ‘right’ amount of effort.
The workshop will be facilitated by Greg Holdaway, Director of BodyMinded (Sydney Alexander Technique). No prior experience required. Bring your curiosity and questions.
Please note that this is a hands on introductory session. Greg will be working with each participant accordingly.
Greg also has a valid working with children check certificate if parents or teachers may want to view before agreeing to entering young players.

6:30-7:30pm masterclass with players/students
7:30-8pm quick discussion and questions
