TMUO: 10-17-2010 Update

Lask week I had said there would be a new map, but I wasn't able to do it this
week. I need to make some changes because the style of the map is different
from all the others. But I did get quite a lot of other stuff done this week.

10-17-2010 Update

- L key shows Player's Quest Log
- Split long quest texts into multiple lines that fit in the dialog box
- Client will tell the user if the login failed
- New accounts must be activated via email
- Server checks if account is active before allowing player in
- Server prevents players from logging in twice at the same time.
- Urls no longer contains jblux/
- Update all forms to use the new standard form layout.
- Spaces can't be used in User or Character names
- Ensure that character names are only used once
- Moving between maps works again
- Can now reset your password in case you forget
- Can now change your password after logging in
