Running out of storage for Livecasts

Hi Jim,

Is this group running out of storage because they aren't transfering
files to Fearless City server, or because we're mistakenly limiting
the storage?

I'll defer to Stephen - I don't even know how to access your server. But I
would just blindly guess that you've got plenty of storage space there.
You're the only service running on that machine.

Hi,

Livecast is the only thing running on that server. Livecast support can still login to the server. I do not know how the server software works or is setup so there is no point in me logging on.

Okay, so I’ll ask Andriy to make sure all accounts have unlimited storage, so they don’t run into these problems. This is a separate issue from how long they can leave the video on the server.
