Rami,
I know it’s not at all obvious from the web site, but the best way to get help on this service is to subscribe to the google group MUSE3 Developers (cc’ed in this e-mail). Ultimately, your e-mail worked its way thru to me and here are your answers:
1. You’ve discovered a bug. I’ll work on fixing it in the next couple of days. However the problem arose because you were subscribed to BOTH Mobile Dialog AND Distribution List. For the moment. I have unsubscribed you from Distribution List. I will notify the group when I have fixed this bug. At this point you should be able to see your mobile dialog component.
2. You cannot send (or receive) an MMS thru the ‘Dialog SMS’ service point, since it ONLY supports SMS. If you are interested in using MMS as well I can setup up a service point with that capability as well. The obvious question is “Why don’t you set that up as a default in the first place?”. The answer is pretty long and complicated, but the short version is this: The downside of an MMS service point is that event though it supports BOTH SMS and MMS, outbound SMS messages from this service point will NOT reach Telus or Bell subscribers. (This has everything to do with Bell/Telus changes last summer where they started charging for inbound SMS). If you want an MMS service point, please confirm your request with me.
3. I can increase your number of credits in your account. Generally these are kept rather low – to avoid abuse of the services. I have added 1000 credits to your account.

Hello,
Great service you've got up on Mobile Muse! I signed up to an account and
have been testing out an application. However, I am not able to do the
following two things:
1-View my Mobile Dialog components
2-Send MMS using the "Dialog SMS" service point (it does not list
isMMS as one of its attributes)
Can you help me resolve these two issues ?
Also, how could you I increase the number of credits in my account ?
Thank you for all your help,

On another note:
I recently discovered that outbound MMS thru the MMS service interface is not working. This is puzzling since it has worked in the past. Since no one (until recently) has wanted/needed to send MMS, this failure has remained undiscovered.
I’m working with the vendor on trying to rectifiy this problem. I will advise of any progress I make on the issue
