Mobile Polling is now back in service.

I rewrote much of it to make it a little more useful.

Specifically the original version was a client based application – i.e. a browser window had to be open viewing the pie chart for the poll as it was running.

The re-write now makes it a server based application. A poll can be initiated then the browser closed, or the page navigated away from and the poll will continue to run. The pie chart page can be invoked at any time to see the current status of the poll.

If a poll has terminated, the pie chart show will be the total results for the most recently run poll.
