Problem with livecast component

I’ve been playing with the livecast component and have run into a few issues.  I’ll identify each of these separately.  However the first one is this:

 

I created an event and I had two streams created for that stream.  The two streams show up in my archive.  However, I can’t seem to play them from my archive.  I’m using FF as the browser and there is an embedded media player above the list of archived streams.  I click on the play button and nothing happens.  I click on the check box next to the thumbnail, then click on the play button and nothing happens.

 

If I use IE, something similar happens – except the play button the media player seems to be greyed out.

 

If I use Safari, I don’t see a video play object and hence can’t play anything
