I presume by now that all have signed their SOW’s. At this point, there’s no more kidding around J. We have to get cracking on this stuff.
I would like all of you to create a project plan that will indicate major tasks and key milestones with projected dates for completion.
This will be much more than your simple 2 or 3 SOW terms. The plan should also identify any assumptions, prerequisites or impediments to success – including the identification of knowledge gaps, technology gaps, and business issues.
I would also suggest that Clay you setup a new page on the wiki to contain the project plans.
All of you should prepare a draft of your project plan and send it to Clay who will then begin the dialectic process to refine this project plan. Once refined, all plans will then be placed on the wiki.
And BTW to refresh your memory, the wiki is accessible via: http://muse3admin.pbwiki.com/ (password: nmbc)
I would also like Clay to convene project review meetings at least bi-weekly in order that or progress can be measured against these project plans. I would suggest a recurring day/time in order that people can clear their calendars in advance.
I notice there are still people in this activity who have not signed up for the MUSE 3 developers group. Please do so, as in the future, this will be the only address I will use to communicate via e-mail in the future.

IN general that’s fine for me. However, May 8 I will be in Ottawa and thus unavailable to participate. However, I may be able to phone in

Hi everyone,
As Jim has requested, I'd like to schedule the bi-weekly meetings for the
Mobile MUSE 3 Platform developers beginning Thursday, May 8th @ 10:30 am here
at BCIT. Please let me know if that timeslot (and every other Thursday after
the 8th) works for you.
Cheers, Clay
