Here are some thoughts on documenting the platform for Whistler,
Fearless and other Projects

Document through event based examples perhaps using a past event like
Car Free Vancouver.

Document through small screencasts that are broken down into easily
digestible chunks such as:

1. How to set up Mobile Dialog for SMS
2. How to set up SIFT to collect the SMS you set up in Step 1 for
Mobile Dialog
3. How to create a SIFT channel with and without SMS
4. How to add feeds to SIFT
5. How to set up LiveCast to work with SIFT
6. How to setup LiveCast work with UBC Apps (maybe 1 screencast per
UBC app?)
7. How to use LBS Component to add locations
8. How to use LBS Component to tell the system from your mobile you
are at a certain location
9. How to setup MMS to work with SIFT

Service Points unfortunately are a fact of life with a number of the
components. Though in general Service Points do lots of thing, from the
perspective of the component user, they can be thought of as either
messaging interfaces or IVR interfaces - both of which externally manifest
themselves as phone numbers.

I think we need a presentation on using and acquiring messaging interfaces
or IVR interfaces. Sort of a meta-presentation on platform services and
components.
