Vend / Dispense vs. eMAR Admin / Documentation report

I’ve attached a text file with the source code for the NPR report. I’ve also attached a PDF with a sample of the output. Notice that for the meperidine 100mg tablet order, 2 were vended from the DM but only 1 was administered. For the fentanyl  the ordered dose is 1000mg. 100mg was vended but 1000mg was documented.
