verification tracking

Does anyone track how many orders are being verified by hour, or some
other time frame? (Other than the standard worload report, which uses
shifts.)
We are trying to justify 24 hour RPh coverage.

I wrote an NPR report that gives a breakdown of every action taken by pharmacists, techs, or both. It lists a count of each type of action by each user broken down by hour. It totals all the users actions on the right hand side and totals all actions for each hour at the bottom. If you want to restrict to one action (verify) the report can easily be edited to add a Select criteria. I've attached a copy of the report. If this is what you would like I can either download the report or send the source code in a text file.

Here you go. I downloaded the report and also the source code in case you have trouble loading the report. When it is run it asks for RPh or Tech. It selects based on the PHA Access Pharmacist prompt so if you want pharmacist workloads answer Y and for techs answer N.

It was written in C/S but NPR is very similar between C/S and Magic so it may work as is, but it may need a little tweaking if the field names are different. I don't have access to a Magic site to test it, but I have access to C/S 5.64, 5.65, and 6.0 and it works in all of those.
