Set minimum capacity for a technology

Hi team,

Good afternoon and I hope everything is going well!

I have radiators, underfloor heating and standalone heaters to supply heat, and I want the radiators to supply at least 87% of the total heat demand, may I ask if there is a way I can set minimum capacity for a technology in MUSE? I've thought about setting the TotalCapacityLimit of underfloor heating and standalone heaters to be 13% of the total heat demand, but once both technologies hit their limit, the capacity of radiators will be less than 87% of the total heat demand which is not what I expected.
