Policies for CPOE

We are a Magic 5.64 pp10 site and are preparing to go live in June with CPOE.  Would anyone be willing to share their policies and procedures regarding CPOE?  Problem lists, etc.

We would be interested in this as well.  We do have a draft policy started and I will post as soon as I can find it again.  We too would LOVE to received policies from others related to inpatient CPOE, pDOC and/or LSS office documentation/policies as well.  I have some office scanning and preloading policies we could share as well.
