MU stage 2 timeline extended through 2016

Hi

With CMS extending stage 2 timeline through 2016, will there be a proposal for 2015 edition and publish rules for 2015 edition?

If so, can EHR vendor get certified for 2014 edition (who had already implemented the features to meet the requirements) in 2015? or they need to meed 2015 rules?

Happy Holidays !!  The next series of published requirements would be related to Stage 3.   Have not seen language or reference that would suggest otherwise.
