I would like to start a discussion on how care management using
Allscripts can overlay into a depart program within Meditech. I want
to know how can I help direct my care management group, providers and
RT,PT, SPT – to collectively collaborate in a discharge planning
process to support Meaningful use for Stage II CMS requirements in
Meditech and Allscripts. We are Client Support 5.6. We use Meditech
depart in the ED only.
Allscripts can overlay into a depart program within Meditech. I want
to know how can I help direct my care management group, providers and

Nancy, Great great topic, and would enjoy being a part of this discussion.
We are using a different product , HCS, at In Patient discharge and have been pretty successful moving from Nursing, Case Management, Therapies etc, Including CPOE and PDOC.
its quite a wild ride, but it certainly can work.
