Immunization reporting vis KHIE

Good Afternoon:

 

We are trying to put our immunization vaccine spreadsheet together to report to KHIE.  We are using Iatric for  interface assistance they are providing the spreadsheet for assistance. My question is if any facilities are using Iatric did you build multiple assessments with separate queries for each vaccine attached to the assessment and then the assessments attached in PHA drug dictionary under the PCS/POM for documentation to occur.  If you did create all the different assessments would you be willing to send me a couple so that I might decide how I want to accomplish this.
