With the release of version 0.5, Nihavent can export scores to MIDI with accurate intonation.
 
Also in this version:
  • Improved "Edit" functions, including a right-click context menu for the score paper
  • AIFF export
  • Bug fixes in the layout and playback engines for lyrics, accidentals, coda signs and more
