Hi the list,

I was discussing with Jens about experimenting with new features for
Murky:
• in the projects window, see which project needs pull/push (with a
revision counter for instance) to default remote one.
• going a bit more asynchronous for the state/revs retrieval, to avoid
blockage

Does anyone have already been working on this recently, or has
uncommitted changes, etc.?

For the second point, I proposed to move to blocks/GCD and 10.6
requirement. Does that make sense to everybody?

Thanks,

Raphael

Wouldn't be a problem for me.

The company I work for just open-sourced a library for doing asynchronous programming in ObjC with blocks (w/ GCD & NSOperation*). We've only used it on iOS but I think it could work on 10.6 as well.

Perhaps it would be useful for this effort...

Hi all. Is there a better place to report Murky bugs than this mailing list? Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

A little bug: "Use Selection for Find" (command-E) is dimmed even when the user has just selected text in the File Diff tab. Should be enabled, so I can get a snippet into the find pasteboard and then go to Xcode and find it...

Thanks!

+1 on moving to blocks/GCD and 10.6 minimum
