Sometime along was posted the incredible posibility of mupen64plus for
porting to other platforms, i.e. mobile phones with linux version like
Nokia N900.
Now everybody can see this true... ( http://il.youtube.com/watch?v=fSB810LWJ9E&feature=related
)

With the new android tablet explosion, there are appearing <170$
powerfull 7-10" devices that probably can run mupen64plus... (http://
www.androidtablets.net/forum/android-tablet-discussions/432-overview-android-tablets-market-classified-chipsets.html)

I.e. recent Gpad g10 (
http://www.pandawill.com/gpad-g10-android-21-mid-7-inch-1080p-3d-games-multitouch-2gb-gravity-sensor-camera-silver-compare-gentouch78_p37699.html
) has a GPU mali200 that is supposed to run 3 faster than N900 GPU
(SGX530) (see http://www.smartqmid.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=596)

I would like to get the opinion of mupen64plus experts about all this
posibilities, better HW support, etc. I know that not only opengl 3d
support, and triangles/second is the main limitation. Could be good to
see memory, CPU type (probably all ARMs), etc.

There are another problem to discuss: how to solve input support for
tablet (acelerometer as joypad, multitouch over screen buttons...).
Even this devices have usb support, could be great to run mupen64plus
with only the tablet.

I dont know if google people know the power seller that could have
android tablets to support mupen64plus... but seems that there are
people working on this... ( http://code.google.com/p/n64oid/ )

the ARM mali200 is weaker than powervr SGX530
what the pandora port has showed that the minume hardware
requirements is ARM cortex a8 @ 600-800 MHz and powervr SGX530 @ 100
MHz
