This doesn't seem to be mupen64plus related. Please contact someone who
provides PS3 drivers for windows. For example Motioninjoy [1].

Please don't remove the mupen64plus mailing list from the list of receivers.

I don't know about mupen64. And it also depends on the driver. If SDL can use
the interface provided by the driver (directly or indirectly) then
mupen64plus-input-sdl can use it.
