You can edit the config file "~/.config/mupen64plus/mupen64plus.cfg" to change
setting in the video plugin. If you are using Rice Video, try different
values for the "ScreenUpdateSetting" parameter. In the past, different values
here could fix flickering on some systems.
You can also try using different video plugins.
