Are there any configuration options to automatically enable cheat for a given game without requiring specifying `--cheats <codelist>` on the CLI?
I see some mention of putting cheats into an ini file on Reddit but have not found any other documentation.

Hi Alex,
With the console-ui, there is currently no way to automatically enable only
certain cheat codes per game. You can use "--cheats all" to turn on all cheat
codes, and just remove the ones that you don't want to use from
"mupencheat.txt", but there is currently no more sophisticated method of
choosing which codes to enable.
