Hey folks,

I'll be straight up and admit that I run Linux (Ubuntu/Natty Narwhal)
but have very limited skills with anything programming related. The
real reason I have a Linux OS is because I didn't want to fork over
the money for a Windows OS.

I read the README file and it "sorta" made sense. I followed it as far
as running the install.sh file in terminal and letting it install the
stuff into my usr/local, but after that I was lost.

Anyway, help would be appreciated.

So, why don't you go the easy way and just install mupen64plus from Ubuntu
software manager? It is available from Ubuntu Universe archive [1] and from
two different PPAs [2].

And for the rest, please read the console usage guide [3] (in case you use
1.99.x... 1.5 still has a GUI bundled with the official sources).

Kind regards,
Sven
