How to set resolution lower than screen res while still getting fullscreen

Hello, I am trying to set the res of mupen to 320x240 but display it at fullscreen 640x480. Is there a way to do this? I have tried using the resolution and fullscreen launch flags but to no avail. Thanks in advance!
