Hello everyone! With just 50 days left before MUNTR, we are all very excited about the upcoming conference. This email contains some important information, so please read it carefully if you plan on joining us in Ankara in March!
RegistrationStandard applications close January 25. As long as you apply before this date you will be charged the standard registration fee of 50YTL or 30EUR or 45USD. You will need to settle your payment by February 1. If you do not settle your payment by February 1, you will be charged the late application fee and you will not be assigned a delegation until your account is settled. Missing the February 1st deadline means we cannot guarantee you will receive the countries of your choice as we are unable to allocate delegations to applicants who have not paid.
If you miss the January deadline you have until February 22 for late registration. The late registration fee is 70YTL or 40EUR or 60USD. February 25 is the last day to pay for late registration. For late registrants, your application will be processed as soon as the payment is received and you will be allocated a delegation based on a first come first serve basis.

VenueMUNTR 2008 would like to announce that in the interest of providing a better conference experience we have decided to change our venue to the campus of TOBB University, just ten minutes from the Sheraton.
AccommodationOur special deal with the Sheraton for $50 per person per night in two person rooms including breakfast is still valid, and you may still request to stay there.
We are now offering accommodation opportunities at the Baskent Ogretmenevi in Ankara's Balgat district, an excellent alternative for participants looking for cheaper options. The 3-star Ogretmenevi offers two-person rooms for 25YTL (15 EUR or 22 USD) per person per night, not including breakfast.
Service buses will be made available to participants to and from the conference center in the morning and evening from both the Baskent Ogretmenevi and the Sheraton Hotel.
You can access all accommodation options here:
http://muntr.org/v2/index.php?p=accommodation.
The new accommodation options have also been added to all registration forms, and those wishing to change their current reservations at the Sheraton may email
in...@muntr.org with the subject line "Change of Accommodation" if they wish to do so.
