Thank you for your interest in MUNTR. Less than 57 days have been left for MUNTR 2009. MUNTR Team is working hard to make MUNTR 2009 a memorable event and we are looking forward to seeing you in Izmir/TURKEY from 9th to 13th March 2009.
MUNTR Organization Team intends to distribute several newsletters until the conference to keep you informed about details and latest developments. Registration and Deadlines
Early Registration has been closed
Delegates who have applied during the Early Registration period are expected to transfer their application fees in full to MUNTR bank accounts.

Regular and Late Registration Dates and Fees
NEW! Regular Registration Dates: November 28 2008 - February 8 2009.
Regular Registration Fee: 90 YTL or 65 EUR or 75 USD NEW! Late Registration Dates: February 1 – February 28 2009.
Late Registration Fee: 105 YTL or 80 EUR or 90 USD
Registration Fee Includes:
- NEW! Roundtrip bus tickets to and from Izmir for domestic travelers
- 5 Lunches
- Coffee Breaks
- Bus transfers from selected accommodation centers to the MUNTR 2009 Conference and Social Events
- Delegate Packages

Travel
NEW! All domestically travelling participants attending MUNTR 2009 will be provided round bus tickets,free of charge: both to and from Izmir, from various destinations in Turkey.
If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity we urge you to finalize your application as soon as possible as the number of uncharged seats is limited.
The MUNTR Organization Team will contact those participants whose application and assignments have been finalized in regards to arrangement of travel services.

Accommodation
MUNTR will provide accommodation options for participants.
The prices for accommodation will range form 25 to 50 Turkish Liras per night.
Accommodation options are limited and will be designated according to date of applications.
May we remind you that we will be offering transportation between designated accommodation locations and the conference venue every day during the conference.
Details regarding accommodation options and locations will be available in the upcoming newsletters.
Committee Agendas and Staff
MUNTR 2009 will be entertaining 8 fora, including the Security Council. With over 400 hundred participants and registrations from twenty different countries the conference will offer a vibrant debate atmosphere. For more detail on the fora and committee agendas click here.
