muntiacus.org uses dynamic dns? (blocked at work)

I tried to reach www.Muntiacus.org at work and was blocked. The reason is that they detected the host was using Dynamic DNS and they felt there are very few legitimate business uses of Dynamic DNS and that many uses constitute a security risk.

If there were someway to build the WWW and DOC domains at some domain they did not block, I would like that.

Could I possibly build the website myself at my domain? My domain is not blocked at work.

The Muntjac project is an App Engine project. You should be able to
run the www server by directing dev_appserver.py to the root
directory. The API docs can be built by running:

$ epydoc --config=epydoc.config

You are welcome to deploy the Muntjac site, documentation and samples
to your own domain. It should be quite straight forward.
