A mobile UI and desktop UI each have their own uniqueness - long-touch on mobile, hover on desktop for instance.

If you want a Muntjac program to work on both platforms, what work is involved?

A port of Vaadin TouchKit would be the ideal solution.

However, TouchKit has been released under the AGPL.

Some of the Vaadin add-ons have touch support and could be ported to Muntjac.
