Munkireport v2.7.1 released

I put out a new release for munkireport that incorporates the latest fixes and updates. Thanks to everyone who reported bugs and submitted changes. Please read the release notes.

There was a small bug in 2.7.1 that prevented the deletion of machines. In the 2.7.2 release, this issue is fixed:
