curl replacement for munkireport - please test

Hi all,

As you may know, the current Munkireport only supports TLS v1.0, this is due to the (lack of) support for TLS in the urllib libraries of Python. Sites are dropping support for TLS < 1.1, see issue https://github.com/munkireport/munkireport-php/issues/263
To handle this, I pushed a new url handler to the wip branch. The code is somewhat inspired by CURLDownloader by Greg Neagle (especially the header parsing). I've only tested it on El Cap, it would be nice if you could test it on other OSX versions and report back.

After some reported problems with the cURL wrapper, I decided to have a go at using gurl.py for http access. With some small modifications to the Purl superclass written by Michael Lynn, I now have a working url handler.

I've only tested it on El Cap, it would be nice if you could test it on other OSX versions and report back.
