Possible Issue concerning Default Catalog

I'm not sure how this is happening, but it seems to be adding imported items to "testing" which hasn't been used in our munki setup as the first thing we did was change the Catalog in munki to Main instead. If I import, via drag and drop, it seems to import the pkginfo to the 'testing' catalog. I can't seem to locate why.
I tried the exact same process via munkiimport and it imports it correctly to Main.
