Hey everyone - I am having some issues with Munki 2 clients checking into munkiwebadmin through the Managed Software Center GUI. I have confirmed that the munkiwebadmin server and repo are both working properly. Here are the two scenarios:

If I run "sudo /usr/local/munki/managedsoftwareupdate --manualcheck" in Terminal, the system inventories/reports correctly.

"/Library/Managed Installs/Log/ManagedSoftwareUpdate.log" shows:

Jan 07 2016 15:28:53 -0500 ### Starting managedsoftwareupdate run: manualcheck ###

Jan 07 2016 15:28:53 -0500     preflight stdout: Preflight report submmitted for GS590L-2553761.
Jan 07 2016 15:28:53 -0500 ### Beginning managed software check ###
...
Jan 07 2016 15:29:20 -0500 Finishing...
Jan 07 2016 15:29:20 -0500 Saving application inventory...
Jan 07 2016 15:29:20 -0500     Performing postflight tasks...
Jan 07 2016 15:29:21 -0500     postflight stdout: Postflight report submmitted for GS590L-2553761.

If I double-click "/Applications/Managed Software Center" in Finder and click the "Check Again" button, the system does not inventory/report correctly. The preflight/postflight scripts never submit a report.

"/Library/Managed Installs/Log/ManagedSoftwareUpdate.log" shows:

Jan 07 2016 15:25:44 -0500 ### Starting managedsoftwareupdate run: manualcheck ###
Jan 07 2016 15:25:44 -0500 Starting...

Jan 07 2016 15:26:25 -0500 Saving application inventory...

Jan 07 2016 15:26:26 -0500 ### Ending managedsoftwareupdate run ###

I have confirmed that the 4 client scripts are located at /usr/local/munki , have 755 permissions, and are owned by root:wheel. Both methods use the same runmode "manualcheck". Even when logged in as root and running Managed Software Center GUI, there is no report submitted. Am I missing something?

Thanks!
