Laggy scrolling

Hi,

Running latest version of OSX (10.3.3) on a MacBook Pro using Radeon Pro 455.

Don't usually have scrolling lag on any page in Safari so I know the Mac spec isn't the culprit.

When scrolling any of the pages in the Managed Software Center there quite a bit of noticeable lag when scrolling the pages.

Is this a known issue?
