Anyone distribute AutoDesk Smoke with Munki? And/or another AutoDesk title?

I have not personally deployed Smoke as of yet but do deploy Maya 2015 and 2016. Smoke includes the same “setup” binary that Mudbox and Maya use so the process is likely similar.

There is some work to do manually to set up Munki if you ever intend to uninstall Autodesk products in terms of figuring out a means of what actually gets installed. Greg Neagle did this groundwork for Maya 2016 (it’s in the Munki-dev thread above) but obviously not all of it will apply to Smoke.
