You've misunderstood what is going on here. The error you got was from Github, where ipscan is hosted. Just because the recipe ends in .munki doesn't mean that the munki part of the recipe failed, as most of them inherit from a parent
recipe which downloads or packages software. Therefore, this has nothing to do with munki or its hosting. This is a well known error that occurred recently when Github changed the TLS versions they would support and required a fix to autopkg, which was included
in 1.0.4, the latest release. You should update autopkg from within autopkgr to get rid of these errors when downloading software from Github repos.
