Hello all. I've very new, as is new today, with Munki.

I ran through the getting started, seemed to get everything setup and working.  It correctly checks for, installed, and tells me iMovie is up to date (my test item).

However, in Managed Software Center, Software, Categories, and My Items are all greyed out.  Updates works (tells me there isn't anything to update.)

I feel I'm missing something... shouldn't iMovie show up in the Software section with an option to remove?  Or show up in My Items?

Thank you in advance for any push in the right direction!

-Steve

The software that shows up is the Optional software.

If you have software (in this case, iMovie) specified as an Install or an Update, it won't show up.

All, disregard. Probably about the same time you all were posting these helpful replies, I smacked my forehead. HARD. I understand completely now how it works. I'm well on my way and am grinning at the possibilities for my University.

Thank you very much!
