Has anyone had any luck deploying Captivate 7?

I used Creative Cloud Packager 1.1 to produce a Captivate 7.0 install pkg, which was created without any problems and imported into the repo just fine.

Upon trying to install it into a VM, though, it got hung on "Starting Adobe installer."  Digging into the logs, this is what I found:

ERROR: Adobe Setup error: 79: Unknown error

And there it stays.

These are the two Adobe-related processes running while it was stuck:

Test-VM:~ admin$ ps auxwww | grep Adobe

At loginwindow? Or with a GUI user logged in?

Did you look at the Adobe installer logs (maybe in /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers, but Adobe has not always been consistent here)?

Something to try:

Remove the installer_type key from the pkginfo (and rebuild catalogs). This will cause Munki to just use /usr/sbin/installer to install the pkg. If this succeeds, the previous failures would be Munki's fault -- if it also fails, the failures are all Adobe's fault.

Removing the installer_type key seems to have solved the issue.  It installed as a regular package successfully and launched with no problems (except requiring Java 6).
