Managed Software Center not updating

Hi,

When I try to update via the managed software center it just keeps trying to update, if i hit cancel it will lists the updates (and if i try to update the listed updates it never updates). Here are some of the logs

First the var/log/system.log

I poked around and see that /var/root/Library/Caches/org.python.python is empty ( it is returning NULL after all). but I'm stuck here, i tried a reinstall of munkitools and that didn't help. I rather not do a complete system reinstall, any ideas?

Guessing you have an item in which the value of “update_for” is a string instead of an array of strings. It’s going to be one of the items in the list of pending updates.
Fix that item and rebuild your catalogs.
