This is fixed in the master branch on github. See

This is a known problem that only affects the 'InnoDB Insert Buffer'
graph.
See <https://github.com/kjellm/munin-mysql/issues/34>.

The discussion on issue 34 contains a patch that looks promising, so
expect
it to be fixed in the not so distant future.
