For python candidates, I would be looking for below areas:

- his style of coding and how good he follows guidelines

- usage of inbuilt data types

- implementing OOPS concepts

- implementing various design patterns

- whether used any python specific packages

- whether used any python specific frameworks like django, zope

- middlewares, decorators, etc..

- more preferred if he has worked on web apps instead of desktop apps

Google conducts the interview and selects candidates

to work at their office. The applicant will be on GlobalLogic's

payroll, however.
