software stack for creating a performance metrics dashboard

Hello group 

I am trying to build a performance metrics dashboard for our mumbai based startup - kodecrm http://kodecrm.com

to improve the performance of the live chat service - It will be cool to monitor metrics such as 

1) time taken by site visitor or site owner to connect 

2) time taken for message round trip 

3) time taken for page load 

4) time taken to login by site owner and so on ...

which open software stack will be best to create a performance measuring dashboard for internal use and improvement ? 

currently i am trying out statsd and graphite .
