Hello,

I was pleasantly surprised to see Ubuntu in the aqualine train. Unfortunately the system kept rebooting every few minutes but managed to take some pictures.

Regards,

Rony.

Quite interesting to see that linux based OSes have found a niche in aircraft and metro display systems.

Nice to see the under belly (Ubuntu desktop) of the Metro displays.

Assuming the display should be in some sort of kiosk mode - why is it going into the Ubuntu Desktop mode after reboot?
Integration issues?

It first booted the desktop, then it's app auto started with the first 300 x 300 screen setting as seen in the picture  before the actual display started.

Regards,

Rony.
